We ensure every customer remains fully satisfied with all purchased baby spoons, baby bottles and nipples, offering returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the official delivery date. All returned or exchanged items must stay completely unused, unopened, unsealed, and in original brand-new condition with all original sterile packaging, protective wrapping, safety seals, labels, tags, and factory seals fully intact and unmodified. Customized products, personalized baby feeding sets, and final sale clearance items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Additionally, any baby feeding products that have been opened, unsealed, used, cleaned, disinfected, contaminated, artificially damaged, improperly stored, or exposed to humid and unsanitary environments are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to infant hygiene safety, intimate baby product particularity, and strict public health quality control standards. Specifically, bottles with broken sterile seals, nipples with usage traces, silicone spoons with cleaning marks, and products with dust contamination or bacterial exposure risks cannot be returned or exchanged to protect infant health and public safety. To start a return or exchange request, submit an application through our official website portal including your valid order number and clear reason for your request. Once reviewed and approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item arrives defective, transit-damaged, leaked, or shipped incorrectly by our warehouse team. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and securely repackaging all items with original protective packaging materials to prevent secondary contamination and damage during return transit, as any new damage will disqualify your return request. After we receive and thoroughly inspect your returned items to confirm full compliance with return standards, we will process your refund or store credit exchange within three to five business days. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, with final processing times depending on individual bank provider procedures. Direct exchanges for different sizes, colors or specifications are not available; customers may return qualified items for store credit and place new orders for preferred products.
